The useful life of the building is determined by many factors, but maintenance of the fabric is of vital importance in prolonging the life of a valuable business asset and ensuring that the workforce is accommodated in a safe and functional environment.

Following three and half successful years trading with both private and public sector clients, Almeda have extended the services offered following the acquisition of a building fabric company which is now fully integrated and forms the company's building fabric division.

The team provides an extensive range of property maintenance services, reactive repair service and project works for building interiors and exteriors. Services include installations, building, joinery, fit-outs, decorating, industrial cleaning, roofing and drainage refurbishments, as well as landscaping and grounds maintenance.

Headed by the Almeda Building Projects Manager, Tony Screen, all alterations and refurbishment works are undertaken by our skilled tradesmen from the Almeda building team.
