Company History

Almeda has been an established contractor and service provider in the building maintenance and facilities sector for over 25 years. Founded by Joe Pargeter in 1981, Almeda initially focused on more traditional electrical contracting and installation works. Joe's honest and personal approach quickly established a reputation for reliability and efficiency.

In recent years the company has undergone a strategic development to better meet the needs of the Facilities Maintenance element of our business.

This has included the recruitment of a team of experienced technicians and professionals in the Facilities sector, and the adoption of the amended name of Almeda Facilities.

The culture remains at the core of Almeda Facilities and we remain proud of our reputation for the delivery of highly professional yet personal services in the Building and Facilities Services sector.
