Almeda will review and understand our client's business priorities. This may simply involve agreeing response times to the needs of our clients, or the appropriate working methods that enable a transparent working relationship to occur.

We are also able to offer the undertaking of criticality studies of plant and systems, and provide support to business continuity planning and a longer term maintenance strategy, including whole life costing and corporate social responsibility.

We are also able to fully manage on behalf of the client any competitively bid services and/or projects. Alternative proposals, full bid analysis and evaluation reports can be produced where required by the client. This procedure provides the mutual benefits of consistency and transparency, whilst minimising the initial involvement and administrative resource from the client.
