We’re delighted to announce that we’ve won the English Heritage contract to deliver hard services of mechanical and engineering maintenance to their sites across the South West.
Iconic sites across the South West
We’re thrilled to be supporting 23 sites cared for by English Heritage, from Worcester to Penzance. We’re proud to be working in some incredible locations that are intrinsic to England’s heritage, including places such as the coastal castles of Pendennis and St Mawes built by Henry VIII to fend off invasion and Tintagel Castle, a place inextricably linked with the legend of King Arthur. We will also be overseeing Dartmouth Castle, one of the most beautifully located fortresses in England, which stands on the narrow entrance to the Dart Estuary.
This relationship will see us supply hard services over the next five years, commencing at the beginning of April this year. We will deliver mechanical and electrical works such as annual fixed wire and PAT testing, while taking responsibility for managing oil and gas boilers, lighting and water hygiene.
By offering a dedicated team and a 24/7/365 available helpdesk together with our vast knowledge and experience of performing cyclical tasks under similar contracts, we were able to offer English Heritage Trust a a cost-effective service that met their objectives.
We have extensive experience of delivering both hard and soft facilities management, ranging from both reactive and preventative services. Our offering can be provided individually or as part of an integrated solution, catering for any sort of business, whatever its size or scope.
