Becky Newell, 24, has become the first person to join our new graduate scheme.
The programme brings young, talented graduates through the business, giving them knowledge about the facilities management sector as well as equipping them with valuable life and business skills.
Becky will spend two years training and learning everything about the business before moving into a permanent role.
Becky studied sociology and criminology at Plymouth University, graduating in 2013.
Becky brings to the Almeda’s graduate scheme a wealth of experience form her previous role within facilities management.
Becky comments: “I enjoyed the fast-paced work environment at my previous job but wanted to move to a company which placed more value on graduates and staff development.

As well as a successful graduate scheme, Almeda have also rolled out a £50,000 budget to deliver world class training to all of our staff.
This includes all of our management team being enrolled at Cranfield University’s Management Development Centre.

Based in Keynsham, we work with commercial landlords and businesses with property responsibility in the South West of England and South Wales to deliver total facilities management/maintenance services.
The company employs 50 people and counts Watershed, Arnolfini, Bristol & Bath Science Park, SS Great Britain and many more as clients.
