Earlier this year, Almeda were awarded the IoD South West Corporate Responsibility Award following our passionate work with local stakeholders, community groups and environmental projects.

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that following this regional award, we have been shortlisted for the Director of the Year UK Final 2016 in the Leadership in Corporate Responsibility Director of the Year award category.

This national award is open to those that won the regional title, and to those Directors that are able to demonstrate that, through their direct actions and leadership, their business has made a positive impact on the local community wider society and/or the environment.

Institute of Directors National Awards Ceremony

The popular National Awards Ceremony will take place on 21 October 2016 at the prestigious Lancaster London Hotel and it is here that the winner of this coveted award will be announced. The Ceremony will also be an opportunity to celebrate every nominated Director who is at the forefront of leadership excellence for their incredible efforts.

The Institute of Directors holds their Director of the Year Awards every year because they believe in the value of leadership. It is their belief that in big corporates, small businesses, the public sector and charities the difference between success and failure is leadership. Directors who win these awards have been recognised as the best in their field by the organisation for business leaders, the IoD.

 National Corporate Responsibility Award

We are hugely privileged to receive such an accolade that is the IoD South West Corporate Responsibility Award, and are overwhelmed to be nominated for the Director of the Year UK Final 2016.

We are immensely grateful to be offered recognition nationally for the work that we do instinctively as part of our core values, and want to thank everyone in our community that has made this work a success. We are hugely proud of our whole team who go above and beyond the call of duty everyday to create a positive, progressive and innovative environment for all those around us.
