Almeda support a number of clients sites through the supply of full time and part time resident site staff. The engineers, although employed by Almeda, are dedicated to the particular site or contract, and provide considerable benefits in the capture of site knowledge, continuity of services, and long term commitment.

Almeda will work with the client to develop a planned preventative maintenance scope of mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance services to be provided via the site based team on a typical resident contract. The resident site team will also provide a conduit to the broader Almeda services and expertise, including management of specialist sub contractors, maintaining health and safety records and site inductions, first response to all faults and breakdown and undertake small works / installations within available resource and skill base.
