Almeda - How We Operate

Almeda's Project division are a team of skilled professionals who are all driven by the fundamental principle of exceeding our clients' expectations. Clients are assured that we will work alongside them from the beginning to completion ensuring a smooth, hassle free transition as they take over and occupy their space.

Almeda's in-house projects team include an Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Interior Designer and Structural Engineer and are supported by Almeda's team of dedicated skilled tradesmen. Focusing primarily on mid to high end projects including commercial refurbishments (interior / exterior), office partitions and bespoke turnkey projects; our services can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each task and client.

The close team ethic and dedication to true craftsmanship define our projects and the quality of the services we provide to our clients. With the experience and extensive industry knowledge of the projects team, Almeda believe that accurate planning is the utmost importance to the execution of a successful project. It is during this phase that critical planning, scheduling, budgeting, value engineering, safety and quality decisions are determined, each of which have a significant impact upon the project and ultimately the success of the entire development.

Prior to any drawings or specifications being commissioned, the Almeda Projects team will inspect each site and evaluate the scope of work prior to budgeting and scheduling planning. We will identify exactly what is required, project duration, value engineering techniques and potential costs. This facilitates early decisions for the budget and agreement of a provisional schedule with the client.

Once the client agrees to the above, the project is assessed for site safety requirements by Almeda's in-house compliance department and the relevant permits and quality control measures are implemented to ensure that all activities involved in coordinating and managing the development are maintained to a successful conclusion.

Whilst the project is active the schedule is closely monitored and controlled as experience tells that any spillage could impact on cost and may impact the owner's beneficial use of completed project. Therefore, as a quality measure, Almeda request a frequent periodic site meeting to address any concerns and deal with them immediately, before they develop into problems.

Upon completion, Almeda will provide our clients with a completion file which details everything which was involved in successful delivery of the project. This includes such items as; Certification of compliance with current regulations; as fitted drawings; Plant Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
