Almeda - How We Operate

Almeda provide a consolidated support service to ensure our clients receive a timely and appropriate response to all faults and breakdowns. Where Almeda have a resident or contract dedicated resource, these individuals will provide the initial response. In all other cases, Almeda will arrange for a response appropriate to the nature and urgency of the problem. This will normally be one of our mobile engineers, who will investigate the fault, and take appropriate action.

Almeda in house resource includes M&E, Fabric, Air Conditioning, Boilers, Fire & Security and Water Treatments. Almeda will report back on the nature of the problem, and advise any follow up actions or specialist support required. Almeda guarantee that an engineer will attend site within FOUR HOURS of the when the initial call was raised by the client and will then arrange for any necessary specialists where required, will report back with costs and options for remedial works.

Almeda will also respond to non-urgent problems, requested works and small projects to provide options and quotes. This can include all aspects of specialist works, building fabric or general maintenance and repairs.

In all cases, Almeda will provide a single point of contact for elements of work, either emergency or quoted, with a single invoice.
