Luke Pargeter Commercial Director 11 years experience in specialist contracting for both public and private sector clients in areas of new build, refurbishment, repair and maintenance predominantly dealing with contractual, financial and compliance matters. Holds a degree in Business Studies. Richard Price Operations Manager 9 years experience working for Drake & Scull in Bristol, from Apprentice through to Approved Electrician. JIB registered and 16th edition test & inspection qualified. Extensive experience both self employed and with Lorne Stewart in Electrical Contracting and Facilities Maintenance in both commercial & domestic premises. 10 years with AMEC group as Site Supervisor at a large commercial complex in Bristol, including PPM on all plant, statutory testing and water treatment tests, and responsible for site health & safety. Holder of current IOSH & NEBOSH qualifications. Clive Ewins - MRICS MCIOB Chartered Surveyor Chartered QS with vast experience of contract financing and operational delivery in the contracting services in private and public sector organisations. 21 Years experience with the Facilities Services division of AMEC Group as Commercial and General Manager. Peter Williams Business Solutions Manager 18 years experience with Sun Alliance Group, operating central Data Centre supporting business critical systems. Facilities management and support services experience covering maintenance, security and all associated activities at high security sites. 11 Years experience with the Facilities Services division of AMEC Group. Extensive experience of the assessment, development and implementation of maintenance regimes and service delivery solutions.
