Gary George Managing Director

10 yrs service with the Facilities Division of AMEC Group, managing delivery of various service contracts. 20 Years previous experience in Electrical Contracting in commercial and industrial environments.

 

Luke Pargeter Commercial Director

11 years experience in specialist contracting for both public and private sector clients in areas of new build, refurbishment, repair and maintenance predominantly dealing with contractual, financial and compliance matters.

 

Richard Price Operations Manager

9 years experience working for Drake & Scull in Bristol, from Apprentice through to Approved Electrician. JIB registered and 16th edition test & inspection qualified. Extensive experience both self employed and with Lorne Stewart in Electrical Contracting and Facilities Maintenance in both commercial & domestic premises.

10 years with AMEC group as Site Supervisor at a large commercial complex in Bristol, including PPM on all plant, statutory testing and water treatment tests, and responsible for site health & safety. Holder of current IOSH & NEBOSH qualifications.

  

Andrew Kidd Facilities Contracts Manager

A building services industry professional engineer with a range of experience in both electrical and mechanical systems, including the design and installation with Spie Mathew Hall (formerly the AMEC group).

Recently changed career paths and moved in M&E facilities maintenance with Almeda Facilities Limited. Fulfilled roles with Spie MH as an M&E site manager on during fourth year of Traineeship. Completed project fulfilling role as electrical engineer / site manager and Project Manager for extra works on same site.
